Companies Moving to Colorful Colorado!

Companies continue to move to Denver, Colorado. Why? Well, we have great weather, beautiful mountain views, plenty of cultural and recreational opportunities. And, we have JOBS!

More companies have announced plans to relocate to the Denver area over the past year. Here is a rundown of the companies that have recently expanded in or relocated to Colorado.

  • Amazon recently announced that it will create 400 tech jobs in Denver with a new downtown office.
  • VF Corporation, the parent company of numerous outdoor brands, including: The North Face®, JanSport®, Smartwool®, Eagle Creek®, and Altra,® announced last year that that it would be relocating its global headquarters from North Carolina to a 285,000-square-foot office in LoDo.
  • Lockheed Martin Space is adding up to 550 new jobs by relocating a portion of its New Jersey-based production for the Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile program to its headquarters in Jefferson County.
  • Iterable, a San Francisco-based technology company, has opened a new office in Denver.
  • Karcher North America, a U.S. subsidiary of German parent company Karcher, is moving its North American headquarters and manufacturing headquarters to a 23-acre, 380-square-foot facility to Aurora. This will create 350 jobs.
  • General contractor and engineering company Kiewit Corporation announced that it will open a regional headquarters in Lone Tree, with up to 1,100 employees, including about 200 new hires.
  • San Francisco-based Slack Technologies has opened a Denver office last year.
  • San Francisco-based Gusto, a payroll company, has leased an additional 60,000 square feet in Denver.
